I-77 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (DBE)

I-77 Mobility Partners is dedicated to supporting and improving the local economy by employing local resources for design and construction of the I-77 Express Lanes Project. Providing meaningful participation for local firms, including DBE firms, is fundamental to the success of our projects. We provide outreach, bonding and insurance assistance, mentoring and on-the-job training program opportunities.

We are actively seeking certified DBE firms to assist with the I-77 Express Lanes Project. If you are a certified DBE firm, please complete the following information. Be sure to complete the profile as accurately as possible. Please return this documentation to DBEinfo@ferrovial.com.

All vendors and contractors that provide services on NCDOT projects must be prequalified. Please make sure your company is prequalified and meets the criteria necessary in the category of work it anticipates performing on the I-77 project. All firms must be prequalified with NCDOT, click here to visit the NCDOT Prequalification page.

To ensure you are DBE certified with NCDOT, click here.

Once registered, all vendors will be added to the project database for bid opportunities on the I-77 Express Lanes Project that may match your company's registered skill sets.

Inclusion in the vendor database is also a mechanism for notifications of any contract opportunities, addenda, required meetings and related procurement submission deadlines as well as outreach and networking opportunities.
